- ISMA2012 – USD2012 – Student Scholarships

The Student Scholarships provide free registration to both the MID-FREQUENCY and VECOM workshops and the connected ISMA and USD conferences. Travel, accommodation and subsistence costs are not covered.

To apply for a Student Scholarship, please send a short (10 lines) letter of motivation signed by both the student applicant and his/her supervisor, accompanied by a copy of the applicant student ID, by email to the ISMA conference secretary Mrs. L. Notré (lieve.notre@mech.kuleuven.be). Scholarships will be awarded based on the received motivation letter. Applications can be sent till February 29th, 2012. Notification on the acceptance will be sent out by March 15th, 2012.
