The Belgian Acoustical Society organises symposia and company visits related to building acoustics, environmental acoustics and noise control. To provide our members with the opportunities to interact, our events are always complemented with a networking event such as a reception or dinner. Non-members usually are allowed to participate in our events at a higher fee.
Merford company visit (members only)
Merford invites you to an 'Acoustic Insight Day Experience'. Let yourself be inspired in the field of noise control within the construction, energy, and industrial sector. The prevention of noise pollution is an often underestimated risk that can be effectively avoided by using the correct application of sound-insulating, -dampening, or -absorbing solutions.

Batibouw Academy Presentation
UPDATE: The presentation has been split in to two presentations. One FR and one NL at 16:30 and 17:30 respectively. Batibouw academy is situated in palace 5.
ABAV will be present at Batibouw to promote the importance of acoustics! On 23/02 ABAV board members Juliette Florentin, Lieven Degeetere and Fabienne Duthoit will promote the importance of acoustics for professionals in the building industry. This will be "back to basics" type of presentation, but your presence can be useful to foster new professional relationships.
